have have bought a nice new motor for my car should i chang the drivr gear ???? to a lower number og teeth or should i go higher to make it go faster???

i have just been given a team orion havok, 19 turn motor but there are no wires on it can anyone tell me how i fit it to my car? the motor i have in the car at the moment is just a standarded with a green and yellow wire comming out of it, the green one plugs into a blue wire and the yellow into an orange wire the havok motor has a plus and minus sign on the back ??? please can anyone tell me what colours goes to what on the motor thanks steve

i have two baja champs and have tryed to change one over the other way so it has cost me big time but if you need parts i have everything from shocks to wheels and tyres we could do a trade as im still not there with changing it over steve

i have recently bought a TTO1 AMG MERC but i would like to make it faster anyone have any advise on what motor i should get and any other bits i will need i have changed over all the bolts and screws to titaniam to make it lighter or does anyone have any to trade??? motors that is
