Hello Guys,
I have a question that only you guys can help me out with.
What is the correct Scorcher VW Body? Can I use a Monster/Btitzer Beetle body to complete my projects?
Ive seen so many scorchers advertised with Monster Beetle bodys and have yet to see a difference in the two.
BTW,I also just did a trade for some clod parts..in return I was to receive 2 complete sets of Scorcher wheels n tires NIB.When I received them this Friday,they ended up being Rough Rider wheels n tires still NIB.
The wheels look the same but only in a grey finish and the tires look totally DIFFERENT then my scorcher tires.Has anyone else used Rough Rider wheels n tires on a Scorcher???

Here is a pic of a Zilla 1....which was never produced (Besides this one...but since has been taken apart)....so basically there is no such truck as a Zilla 1

Sup guys,just wanted to share a Project that Ive been working on
I started with a set of GPM reversed piggy shocks and a set of Juggsterr Aluminum rims on swamp dawgs
I then bought a complete Roller on EBAY just so I can salvage the axles
A mock up of what Im after....a bruiser/mounty tube crawler..the buggy idea has long since been ditched
Then,I decided to go 4W Steer and picked up a second front axle on EBAY along with some rear hubs for full time locked diffs...then took everything apart
and had it "SHOW CHROMED"..
I picked up so speed bearings to replace the worn out stockers
The tranny I was planning on using...an ENGLE Pulling tranny
But since Dave Engle is Lagging on sending me a Tranny,I went ahead and had a custom single speed tranny built using nothing but the best parts...same builder is making me a one of a kind bruiser tube crawling frame along with some custom one off link/shock mounts and a pair of servo mounts....

That would be me...Im building a cutom 4w steer bruiser using 2 front gearboxes on a Custom John Boyer Crawler tube frame
Gearboxes have been chromed,speed bearings added and 4linked.Im also going to use a Dave Engle pulling tranny..it will be used as a gear reduction with the right gears
