  1. Hello fellow Tamiya enthousiasts, I am not sure if this has been addressed before here on the forum, but I couldnt find it. I would like to make or have made a 1/10 scale version of a decalsheet from a 1/24 scale modelkit. (The Sogo Keibi Porsche 911 GT2 to be precise) Therefore the 1/24 decalsheet (that I have) should be scanned, enlarged to 1/10 scale and printed on a blank regular vinyl stickersheet. Does anyone know where to have this done. And any ideas of how much this would cost? Has it been done before maybe? I am very curious for your advice. Thank you in advance, Joris
  2. Better late then never....I never got an email that I had replies here in this topic. Thanks very much for your replies on this matter. best regards, Joris
  3. Hello fellows, Does anyone know if the Technipower is originally equipped with "pigtails"? Or does anyone know if a manual for this moter exists and if it can be downloaded somewhere? thanks and regards, Joris Schulte
  4. Thanks for the tip! Appreciate it. Anyone with a Fox (1/10) decal sheet available, let me know, maybe we can make a deal. regards, Joris
  5. Hello all, I just hooked up a nice Fox from ebay. But it needs new decals. Can anyone help me. Where can I find them (originals or repro's)? Or are the fox decals just not to be found anymore? Thanks, Joris
  6. ****This is what was emailed to me today: Dear Tamiya Customer, More than likely this is a picture of a proto-type Super Hornet, these stickers are similar to the regular Hornet, as seen here: http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/item.php?product-id=58336 Unfortunately there is no sticker sheet for the Super Hornet seen here: http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/item.php?product-id=58124 Tamiya America Customer Service *****Maybe it is possible to replicate the pattern a bit by using the Hornet-decals on the Super Hornet body. I think I'll try that, if I can find a reasonably priced Hornet decalsheet. Bye, Joris Schulte
  7. Thanks for yor reply, Dan. I would like to have them too. If you learn anything more about this matter. Let me know. I will do the same. Regards, Joris
  8. Hello all, I just purchased a NIB Super Hornet just for the fun of it. (and I like the looks of the model) I noticed on the Tamiya America website (www.tamiyausa.com) (searched for itemnumber 58124) that the decals on the hornet in the picture are different from the usually seen examples in ebay or showrooms here. Can anyone explain this? Are these non-boxart-conform-decals available somewhere (they look nice) The site offers Super Hornet spare-part decals but I am not sure if these are the ones I mentioned. I am very curious for your answers in this matter. Kind regards, Joris
  9. Hello all, I am new on this forum. But I am a very enthousiastic tamiya collector since a year or five. I am the proud and lucky owner of a very nice Wild One. And I cannot resist to run this shelf queen once in a while. Now, since the beginning I had problems with the differential, it doesn't seem to turn smooth. And there is very quick wearing out. At least that is what I think it is. After a few runs the diff wil make tic's in turns and when I turn the wheels by hand it feels rough, not smooth. I replaced the bevel gears and even the differential spacer, and 5mm washer. But it doesnt solve the problem. Is this a known problem with this gearbox? And Could there be done something about it? Best regards, Joris Schulte(NL)
