They seem to be keeping their heads down of late so I thought I'd pop back.. I'll say from the off; I won't be getting any more RCs, but I do feel that over the period in which I was posting on TC, I learned so much, I thought I'd offer my services to help out again I'll be a bit rusty but I'm sure I'll soon be up to speed! For Sale: GV Models Rex-x / XTM Xterminator Unfortunately, my Rex-x is for sale This was bought in February this year, and has had 1/3 of a 2L bottle of 20% fuel, and half a 2.5L tin of 25%. This car hasn’t been used much. That’s a total of less than half a gallon of fuel. There’s still lots of compression on the engine (Force .21) and it is fitted with a Pullstart, which is functioning perfectly. The whole buggy is in very good condition, and will be cleaned before sending. When I bought it, it was run in as per the book – it was my first nitro, so I couldn’t risk messing it up, and I am a very conscientious person, and I like to get things right. So, it was run in properly, and has been tuned by my LHS manager who races (very well, I hasten to add) at my local track. The car has got a lot of spares with it, mainly small things, but the things which I have found to break / get lost. At the moment, the car is fitted with two servos, one High Torque, and one normal (steering has High Torque, throttle has normal) and they’re both functioning well. The brakes have been set up properly, and they are very powerful. It is almost able to “stoppy†at the moment! A fuel filter has been fitted from Day One, which has meant that the engine has never been exposed to any crud etc. from the outside world, it is a very good runner. As I say, I’m very careful with things, and have always used after run oil after each day’s running (of which it has had around 7) The body is in very good condition, and is the original. The wing has a small crack in it, but this could either be replaced (£7) or glued or what have you. I am also including another wing which broke, but could again be fixed. I have the original box for the car, but it is excessively large, and difficult to send, although I can include it at extra cost (£15) I still have both the manuals: One which is the “user guide,†explaining running in and tuning and one which is the manual, detailing how to dismantle the car etc.. I have installed an oversized bumper on the front, to protect the front end (wishbones / hubs etc..) from being broken by a head on impact, and it has done its job very well. Now, there are two problems: One: One rear shock shaft is bent. The parts to replace this are included (see below) Two: One of the front shocks is held on by a non-original screw, as I couldn’t track down the proper ones. Only difference is it is a flat head screw as opposed to a hex screw. The list of spares included are as follows: - Lower Diff Case (NIP) - 4 Wheel Nuts (NIP) - 2 Wheel Hex Units (NIP) - 2 Air Filter Sponges (NIP) - 6 E Clips for front suspension (NIP) - Front Shock Shaft Replacement Kit (for both sides) (NIP) - Rear Shock Shaft Replacement Kit (for both sides) (NIP) - Some more replacement screws + attachments for shocks (NIP) - Load of shock accessories (preload adjusters, shock bottoms, o-rings etc..) (NIP) - Dogbone which goes from centre diff to rear diff (New) Also included is the glowplug which is currently in the engine, plus a selection of tools provided with the kit. To show how little use the car has, it is even on it’s original set of wheels / tyres, and they have LOTS of life left yet! To run you need: - 25% fuel - TX + RX with Xtals - RX Pack charger (or 4 x AAs - cradle provided) - Glowstart For the complete package I’m after around £160+ post, which would be around £20, or you’re more than welcome to collect it, from North London. I have got the Mini, and it fits the D50 in with a squeeze (had it for my Pana. FZ20) Therefore, anything larger than the Mini (1,2,3 etc..) will fit the D50, with more and more accessories being accomodated. Cheers Sam

FOR SALE: Team Associated B3 Electric Racing Buggy This buggy has never been raced, only lightly used on tarmac, with occasional off road trips, but nothing heavy. I have, however, got a full race-bred electronics package in it, including: 14T Corally Motor 13T+ Forwards and reverse ESC with Deans plugs The car is extremely fast, and is the perfect offroad racer or basher. Its shell is custom painted, in rainbow effect and is in good condition. No parts are broken on the car, nor are there any missing, however one of the shock bottoms on the front shocks is non-original, but this doesn’t affect it at all. The car is very clean, and is fitted with the above electronics plus a servo, RX and Xtals (needs transmitter, 7.2v battery and charger) Also included is 5 pairs of rear tyres, and 7 sets of fronts - all fairly good condition, some excellent cond. This is all going as one lot, and I'm looking for the closest offer to £100 on it. What's MTroniks' policy on returns? I have an RV15, which basically doesn't work. Gets very hot, and I don't want to use it, as its dangerous. It has no connectors for motor / battery as I needed them, so will they take it back for replacement? If not, I'll file it under B-I-N... Sam

Fair enough... I am using an 80x Jessops card in my D50, and I do a lot of wildlife photography, and need to be at Max FPS. I can get 3.5FPS (I have tested this) Cheers. Sam
