  1. Vintage Tamiya Martini Alfa Romeo 155 V6 TI 4WD Nr. 5818 - for sale on eBay. Last of my models .Bought & built ca. 1997/8 and never run in anger. Sold in 2014 to a non-payer, so it stayed with me, but now it has to go. The ad is in German, but basically says: Immaculate. Never run. Displayed for last 25 years or so. Original box, spare decals, screws, cogs etc., instruction leaflet and original documents in excellent condition, original 3-step fwd/rev speed control unused - fitted with C.P.R. P-80F and Servo, Tamiya 1400NP Racing Pack 7,2v 1400mAh NiCd (not charged for donkey's years - has about 2volts residual charge. Any questions - just ask. Thanks for looking and I hope this finds a new home with someone who will cherish it as much as I have for so long!
  2. Ok so I simply can not decide on the fender kit colour, place your votes below: Metalic Red ( as body ) Gunmetal ( as roof, grills, spoiler & splitter ) No fender kit Wheels will be Gunmetal probably.
  3. Hey all, After building my first car kit the MF-01X escort. I bought an L&L Alfa Romeo Giulia body shell that will sit on a XV-01 or TT02s when avaliable. I have been thinking about how to paint it. Some points to note. It will be one of if not my first paint job as the escort came pre-painted. I may get another kit first to have a go on. But below are some images of ideas. I do like the official racing colours, but it may be beond my skill set to do from scratch. I also like metallic red with dark grey decals ( avaliable off the shelf ) o could do the roof in carbon or matt Black / dark gunmetal. Let me know your thoughts. Also if anyone can help with alfa wheels like all the below that would be ace.
  4. In the preliminary planning stages of an M06 Alfa Romeo Giulia cup racer build. A few pics for motivation. The below pic is the paint scheme I will be shooting for. It will be British racing green and white though, just for something different. I really like the mag wheels on this one. Does anyone know of anything available that looks like these? I want to do mag rims in a gold anodized look. I’ve scoured eBay and a few online retailers, but have come up empty handed. Another shot of the paint and rims. Not sure I will do a racing stripe though. I have already located a decal sheet through MCI racing. Want to try and fab up a lighting kit . Bearings, and some scale exterior bits for them body. Wish I could get my hands on a M06 Pro kit, that would be sweet. Stay tuned, everything is in the mail!
