  1. Hello to my new build thread, actually I didn't want to make a build thread for this chassis, because this chassis is not so special. But since it was special how I got this chassis, I decided to make a build thread. If you are not interested in the story, you can jump to the next section End of June, during my lunch break at work, I got a message about a local ad about the mentioned TB Evo 5 NIB kit for less than 100€. I saw the messages since 5 min later, but this was enough that the kit was no longer available. I shared the missed chance with my friends. So far so good. A month later, one of the friends saw the same ad again. We were still joking about whether the ad was serious or a fake. But we both wrote to the seller, with my friend being faster to view the kit. In the evening he sent me a picture of the NIB kit and asked me when I would like to pick it up from him (for the same price)... This build thread is a tribute to this man, who give me the chance to explore a new chassis family beside the TA chassis. His name is Kevin…also known as @wtcc5. For those of you who don’t know him. He was mentioned last week at „Tamiya Legends“ and „RC kicks“ for this Terra Scorcher Carbon Chassis. Thanks once again😊 Building a new kit over the Christmas vacations is a tradition with me (as a teenager my Grasshopper II & Manta Ray and since re-entering the RC hobby in 2020 my Avante 2011 & Egress 2013). This kit is predestined for that and I'm looking forward to it. But let’s start with the box and the parts inside. Frontside of the box… … and the backside. The content of the box The overview over the complete package Aluminum bulkhead parts and motor heat sink Damper, differential and drive shaft parts Aluminum prop shaft and the carbon parts And the screw and washer packs Pleasant anticipation is the greatest joy…only 6 weeks until christmas
