  1. Just wanted to let people know that there's now a new alternative transmission option out there for the King Cab and Monster Racer. It replaces the gull gearbox, diff and outdrives with a bulletproof RC10 Stealth gearbox / diff / outdrives (you source / supply this) and there is a kit including custom mounting plates etc that allow this to be a drop-in replacement. Pretty exciting stuff! I don't run my King Cab so I don't need it myself, but given the expensive alternatives to the weak KC transmission this seems like a great option for those who do. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tamiya-nissan-king-cab-hi-lux-monster-racer-stealth-transmission-conversion-kit-/331934782225
  2. This was the motor I put in my old Hornet years ago. I remember it running pretty well-but now I cannot remember what company made this motor or how it stacks up against a Sport Tuned 540, for example. I think it might have been made by Associated, but I can't be sure. Can anyone I.D. this motor? Thanks for any info.
  3. As the title says, I am getting back into the hobby after a 20 year hiatus. Looking for the RC10 that I never had. Neighbor had RC10s and that gold pan left a hole that I need to fill. I found a NIB re re Team before they ran out, may have found a NIB classic, don't want to build em though until I have experienced the original. From what I have read alot of you are similarly afflicted. We would be shipping to 20607 and prefer the box and instructions with 6 gear trans, I know im just being picky at this point but the Bay has gone RC10 crazy lately. Thanks for reading, Tony
  4. I've got some stuff to sell, thats been kicking around for a while. Some extras from my Defender. These are from the Hong Kong Defender. I have the sunroof window, the rear panel windows, door handles, amber lights, fuel filler cap, front headlight cover things (The prongs on the back are cut off), rear seats and rock sliders. THE SPARE WHEEL IS NOT INCLUDED. All new. £15 posted to the UK. Finally, some old RC10 front shocks. Hard to get now. Good condition, but need a clean. Now on eBay. Thanks, Will
