Been a while since I posted here. This kit has been sitting on a shelf since release. All that time, over a year maybe more I think? I've been collecting parts I thought I'd like to put into my BBX. It's close to a full option kit. Mostly Tamiya option parts but a few others sprinkled in. Not an Alibaba Aluminum monstrosity but some choice Hop-ups. Here's my BBX that is mostly complete. I still need to add the lights, driver figure and add my esc + motor. It's basically stock but I did replace the outer bearings with rubber sealed units. Also, I added Lunsford steering turnbuckles, the slipper clutch and the TT-02B/DF-03 dampers. I swapped the PS-4 blue with PS-16 metallic blue. I really like the scale look of the BBX but I was surprised how tall it is compared to my other 2WD buggies. So, I took a pic with my TRF201 and the last rear motored buggy that I raced, the RC10B5.
