I found these at the local hobby store in a box of misc. parts. They are clearly original from "back in the day". Any Japanese speakers want to translate? Any information or previous experience with these parts would be appreciated. They look to be stainless and fit the vintage Tamiya Hot Shot series gear box dog bone cups, not the ReRe smaller cups. Would anyone be interested in purchasing them? -Ben
Hi, I'm selling part of the collection as I have to move on to a new house. I live in Europe , Belgium. So if anyone is interested I'm open for offers but pls be reasonable. I'm listing : - Tamiya BIG WIG vintage model with the technigold motor. custom decals. - Tamiya Super Sabre vintage model, repro body and decals - Tamiya Super Hotshot re-release model and with a Torque tuned motor. All cars are equipped with a steering servo but no msc or esc. The cars are in immaculate condition for their age. Kind regards Steven
Hi guys, I am considering selling some of the collection as it is becoming to big and i have to move to a new house. Maybe they can find a lovely new home Second is this original BIGWIG, not a re-re. It is completely original except for the body and decals. The decals are custom made. The car has been driven but has since a few years spent its time on the shelf There is no esc incl , although i still have al the bits and pieces for the msc. So for those who want to restore it to a msc, everything is there. It comes with a futaba standard servo and the original technogold motor is incl also. On the pictures the driver is missing but it is painted and mounted in the shell meanwhile. I am off course open for offers. Paypal available between friends offcourse I live in Belgium Thanks
I got a new 8.4v 3800 nimh pack from overlander last week. Used twice on my Thunder Dragon but found it made the car too hard to drive with 120a esc and 10.5t brushless. ESC has now died so want to go back to 7.2. Has a deans connector installed by overlander. I have tamiya adaptor for both a charger and/or tamiya esc plug. Maybe good for a big wig rere? Cost me £29 for the pack and £3 for each adaptor. It's this pack but with a deans plug. https://www.overlander.co.uk/premium-sport-3800-8-4v-power-pack.html Make me an offer before it goes on eBay? Now on eBay. A bit of research reveals it will fit any Thundershot chassis buggy, but will also fit any hotshot variant if you get part 50296 Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/263000080384 I have deans to tamiya adaptor leads if needed too.
