Hi, This is my first ever post to the forum so please be gentle! I have been into Tamiya since the mid 80’s and have now accumulated a wide a varied collection. My main interest is building Hopped Up chassis and also building and painting custom body sets. I have lots of builds that I have photographed so thought I would take the plunge and post some here. First up is an eBay bought used F350 bodyset that I had the crazy idea to cut down to fit a touring car chassis - originally thought I would drop it on an F103GT 🤪 did a quick check to see how much needed to be removed

Hi, I am in the UK and I have an old Futaba 4EX 4 channel Transmitter I am running my Tamiya Ford F350 Hi Lift with. The problem I have is it came with an old 1000mah 8 in a row AA NiCad battery pack with a JR/HiTech connector (I think), which now is only lasting 30 minutes or so. I have seen suitable larger mah packs for sale but wondered if I can I use a lipo pack without any modification to the transmitter. Obviously I would have to consider the size of the pack. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks

Hi all, I've just got myself a high lift, and am planning to make myself a set of 4 links for it, and am looking for inspiration on how other people have done it. I'm aware of the JunFac conversion, which is a nice design, but a bit pricey for me as it's not too difficult to replicate the design myself. Also I plan to use the kit included axle mounts to save making my own, and am just looking for ideas on any alternative mounting positions etc. I could also use some advice on what length shocks I'm going to need, again, looking for some tidy shocks that won't break the bank , and also some good quality rod ends. Thanks.

Hi All I want to put some lights in my Taiya F350 but I can not afford the light\sound set for it so I am planning of getting my own LEDs from maplin or ordering some of fleabay. Does anyone know what LED size I need to get so they fit nicely into the existing light points? Also what wheel\trye upgrades can you recommend to make this truck look a bit more bad boy offroader
