This build thread will be dedicated to the early Tamiya Touring Cars which is one of my main Tamiya passions. I have built up an interesting collection of Kits, Parts and Hop Ups that will be built up and documented here. I’m going to do some side by side comparisons from the original parts to the Hop Up parts and showcase some rare and hard to find parts. It’s going to be an ongoing thread which I think is better than starting multiple threads for each chassis and I welcome anyone to join in.

Hello all, I ve been owning a TA02W Supra GT bodyshell since i was a kid and recently started rebuilding/repairing it for my 6yo son. I repaired some broken plastic parts to make it functional again but now i really want to make it as good as new and add some hop up parts. Ebay is my mate to this but i haven t been able to find a new bodyshell to paint it from scatch. The old one is kind of broken and to be honest i hadnt made such a good job when i first painted it. It s a pity because now i realize how beauty she was!!! I will upload photos soon. Need all the help i can get for the bodyshell. Thanks!

Hi, To finish my project I'm looking for the TA02W suspension arms, and rear drive shafts. I also need the body mounts for front and rear. Please let me know if you got any of these and could sell em to me. Payment as gift through paypal. Cheers, Odd-Arne
