Tamiyaclub community, earlier this year I finally built my first Tamiya kit, a Fighter Buggy RX Memorial, having lusted after Tamiya cars in toy stores as a kit. After quite a lot of fun, the rear tyres are worn and some questions have arisen: a) what are your recommendations for replacement tyres? I use the car to run around my garden and the countryside, i.e. usually on grass, often on gravel, sometimes on dirt and rarely on asphalt. The default rear tyres appear to wear rather quickly. I even consider putting Mad Bull front axles, wheels and tyres on the car. b) after a while my left rear wheel started to work itself loose multiple times during one run. With softer rear springs the issue happens less frequently. However, both the left and the right (to a lesser degree) wobble when spinning freely (lifted from the ground). From a quick inspection, the drive shafts seem straight. Switching wheels from left to right slightly changes the intensity, but not the tendency of the left wheel to wobble more intensely than the right one. My car is running Carson bearings. I suspect the wheels are slightly out of balance, but perhaps those drive shafts are the real cause Are the improved, more durable drive shafts available for this chassis? Thank you very much! Best, "Rookie Rabbit"

Hi to all! I need some information! I have a CC01 Pajero Rally (the grey version, not the black and low version). I use a carson remote + servo. I use the blocked differential mode i use the RC for exposition and, when I use it, only for off road (to tell you the true i have a real Pajero 2003 grey with black wheel, very identical to this RC) Now I buy a 4 wheel (wheel rim and Tire) black with maximum size 2.2" (I measure and are 10.8 cm of diameter) but there are too big because the bodyshell do not fit and when suspension is all compress the wheel touch the chassis. This wheel are very pretty and I will keep it but I buy another kit of 4 wheel (wheel rim and Tire) that have size, extimated, of 1.9" . this wheel is not yet arrived but I suppose that size MAYBE fit in my car without touching chassis (but maybe the bodysheel still can't used). I'm thinking to rise my RC like in real car (my real car has a +5" kit) for a better (in my opinion) aesthetic appearances and can fit big wheel. I not know if it is possible and I'm writing here for ask you that: Is possible to rise my RC pajero gray CC01 chassis? if yes can you link me the kit to buy or the spare part? thanks Massimiliano

I've built a simple rear mount for a spare tire for my Pajero, but since Tamiya only supplies 4 wheels and tires with their kits (how dare they!) I am now one short. Does anyone here have a Pajero MTW tire + wheel left over from an upgrade or something, and is willing to share? Many thanks. (This is one of the front wheels posing for the shot. Note the gangsta-lean of the car.)

I'm looking for just one wheel half, the deep/outer one for a Blazing Blazer. I am making a spare wheel mount for my Big Oly project, and only need one this one piece. Paypal, or trades awaits! Thanks!

Hello again, Couldn't think of a better topic name, so I just named it after the model - Subaru Brat. Got it recently for 10 euros and didn't see much imperfections, except the lack of body, until I started reassembling it - the front suspension was made completely wrong and the screws were so hard and uncomfortable to reach and unscrew. But with some help from my father, the screws were off and I cleaned and reassembled the front. Altough, one porblem is still here and I don't know what to do. A nut, which is holding the front wheel is 'stuck' (don't know if it's the right word to use in such situation). When I try to screw or unscrew it, it just keeps spinning/moving in its place. Here are some pictures, so it would be easier for you to understand: Maybe someone of you have had similair problems? What hould I do? Also, I would be interested in a Subaru Brat body.
