The Neo Fighter is such a good deal these days that I will not be surprised that they will be under many Christmas trees this year.

It's gone down a couple more quid on Amazon UK, amazingly. Can't quite get my head around the fact I can buy the whole thing for a little over double the price of a new body shell (which I was already thinking about).

I want to test brushless and also have a RC car for more careless driving, this offer seems very goo to me (price without vat)

https://www.modellbau-berlinski.de/katalog/artikelinfo/24866/neo-fighter-dt-03-2wd-buggy-brushless-edition-+-kugellager/24866

Would you say Its ok, it quite good or very good deal?

Well of course mate, treat yourself! I've done the same with a purchase of the Amazon one:)

At 22€ (assuming you are based in the UK?) shipping with Modellbau and plus the VAT, you might be better of buying the one from Amazon for £72 (which is EU model and comes with TBLE-02S, Torque tuned motor and CVA's) and then buying the brushless motor and ESC separately? (don't know how much they are individually)

Problem is i can not find the Amazon Offer, searched o UK, Au & Com , so . From Norway though so might be the reason i can not se offer?

Since price is so so low the vat will be low to ofc and Norway do not add Vat/Toll handeling anymore. So Total for this bundle if vat is included (sometime they slip trough) is 150Euro, for a ready Brushless setup with Ballbearings, so hard not to order this :).

It's so bizarre isn't it, I cant understand that pricing. Even without the extras, it's a decent amount less than anyone else is selling the standard kit for. It's the only true buying new deal I've seen in the few months I've been back into this hobby:ph34r:

Ah no @simalarion, that's rubbish! I'm happy to order and send onto you if that would help mate. I ordered mine on Friday and it's due to this Friday 26th Nov, so you'd probably be looking at a couple of weeks by the time it got to you in Norway, plus not sure how much shipping would be? I recently got a similar package delivered by a friend to the UK from Germany and it cost 15€.

If you choose standard kit from Berlinski (see my first post), you do get the Torque tuned version for 66 Euro:

  • Elektromotor Typ 540 Torque Tuned
  • elektronischer Fahrregler TBLE-02S für Bürsten und Brushless-Motore

So if i really wanted a good deal this would probably be it

@Kol__ - Thank you very much for such a nice offer, but they (Berlinski) seem to have very similar deal as you can see (?)

Ah yeah, I see what you mean. Funnily enough when I went through to checkout on Berlinski it added 22€ shipping and that comes out at about £73 delivered to UK. I wonder if it's Berlinski supplying the kits via Amazon.

No, if you scroll down to "Other sellers on Amazon", you will see who are the real sellers, including sellers who supply via Amazon. In this case, it is Amazon EU that is the real seller. There from Jadlam that is sold and shop by Amazon but that is £110.

Yeah, not sure it stipulates that Amazon EU is actually a 'seller'. It states the below, which makes it sound like they could just a middle man here -

'Amazon EU (Amazon EU Sarl, DE Branch), helps you easily find products from the EU, make purchases and deliver with tracking to your doorstep. Customs is cleared on your behalf, providing a seamless end-to-end shopping experience'.

Cheap enough, I'm considering getting a few kits, just to break, and put some cash into the Club funds!

End of the day, it doesn't matter to us end consumers and the good thing is standard Amazon returns apply (I had done it before) which is far easier (and free) then when dealing with a foreign seller. Anyone with problems with Aliexpress will know.

Absolutely, sure doesn't hurt to speculate though:)

Oh, if it comes to speculation (and conspiracy theories) then Amazon is out to avoid paying taxes and nail Visa! 😁

That’s a great lead, broken down into components it’s worth a fair bit more than the purchase price 💥

You're around £35 for the motor and esc on their own!!

So at its current price, £37.38 for a new kit, without elecs 🤷‍♂️

Thinking about throwing in a steel pinion, is it 19T 0,8 on this kit? (think i got a table overveiw over this in another post, i will try to find it).

If o go for the brushles setup should i then choose a different Pinion?

Pinions are not expensive so just get a steel one of each, there are only 2 anyway, and try them out and see which you are happy with.

And £20 for the CVA set, so £17 for the kit!
