Help to ID this wheel

Does anyone recognise this wheel and tyre ? , the larger one . The smaller wheel is from a Wild Willy 2 . The larger hex drive rear one is unknown , and I would like to find the same fronts if they take 1150 bearings that is.

It could be a 14mm hex, which is used for nitro models

Cheers . It's deffo a 12mm as I have fitted it to a 12mm hex wheel adapter , but I agree it does look nitro with the gunk on it .
