Super Champ Steering on a Sand Scorcher Q’s

I have an in coming Vintage Sand Scorcher which is missing lots of parts, my plan is to rebuild it slowly but surely with some upgrades as I go, a kinda bitsa, resto mod with plenty of Pat ‘n’ Tina 😎 

Now a Super Champ steering upgrade, worth while and what’s required?

I would guess the complete  3 rod steering assembly, servo saver etc.

And the 2 small screws for the rod ends, I’ll need a vintage Sand Scorcher body post - but it does fit on the SC body post or does the SC body post need replacing with a Rough Rider body post?
