@TurboRSR - i just showed you the receipt right there in the Posten.no tracking on my latest kit, no you dont.

If you did recently the seller did not do this correct for you. Tamico and EuroRC and other serious sellers do this correct now, on all my orders, its very smooth.

Edit: But yes ofc i remember i used to pay Vat on shipping also+ TollAvgift , but not on my latest orders this year, i only(as you see on screenshot from Posten.no) payed Vat on the product i ordered directly and the price show on their tracking (which also is new), you pay the Vat directly to Posten when you pick it up, its super smooth now

I don't know why you are saying that "Tamico and EuroRC and other serious sellers do this correct", they have absolutely nada to do with the VAT you are paying to the Norwegian Tax Administration unless they are part of the VOEC register, which none of them are. 
If you read the link I posted from the Norwegian Customs you will see that you are supposed to pay VAT on shipping cost, and it has been like that for years. 
Sometimes the seller doesn't put the shipping cost on the shipping label and it can clear customs without any issues, maybe that was the reason why you didn't pay VAT on the shipping cost? It might also be that Posten skips the customs clearance fee if you pay the VAT up front in the app, I haven't got that option on any of my packages yet. Normal fee is 149NOK of values between 350NOK - 3000NOK and 299NOK above 3000NOK, they doesn't do work for free

Using a bit to much time on this, but i will show you

Comical Avante kit price from EuroRC(sent with 0% Vat):

25% of that is 395kr , i only payd 380 kr, the shipping was not 5kr so that was included after all, but i did not Pay 250 for Toll Handeling as i used to do before, i only payed 388 kr to Posten.no and the Price now show on the tracking:

But need to do something else now  so wont be on more tonight, maybe i do not get your point, but the Toll Handeling charge on 150-299kr seems gone for me for several monts now, and this got me thinking some «bigger,serious» webshops have a deal with Posten.no to skip the exstra toll-handeling charge to sell more, but ofc i have no clue.
