This one's weird and will take a bit of explaining as my mind works screwy sometimes. I got a  Stampede years back from a kid's father who admitted it wasn't "crazy brushless fast" enough to suit his boy's yearning for speed. As questionable as the  current-day   company is, it doesn't change the fact the Stampy is a great all-around truck. If I'm going somewhere and can't afford any issues or potential breakdowns, the Stampy is always a safe choice. Of course, I had to modify it a bit to make it my own so It got some RPM upgrades. I was on the  site to pick up a black chassis (I hate the gray, it looks cheap to me) and aluminum caster blocks when I saw they offered new heavy-duty suspension arms in various colors. I chose orange.

Once I had everything on the truck, those orange arms reminded me of a quirky but competitive 4wd buggy from the youth, the AYK/Race Prep Pro Radiant made popular by the Dunn brothers here in the States. Long after belts became the "in thing", the Pro Radiant was still successfully using chain drive. One of that car's most stand out features was its orange suspension arms.

I really don't like the graphics the company feels compelled to slather their vehicles in so a body with a new paint job was in order. I went through the showrooms looking at Pro Radiants for inspiration. I found one I liked (actually wearing the AYK Boost body) and duplicated it on the truck. The result is a very weird combination, but I'm strangely happy with how it turned out.

I do recall the Radiant with the odd blockish orange arms and gold dish wheels.  Your Stampede is a fantastic nod to the original chassis.  The body and graphics turned out great. It looks like one of the project cars found in the late 80’s issues of RCCA jumped out into today.
