Having driven both, F103 and Group C chassis. The F103 is better suited to a track or a super smooth parking lot as it's quite stiff. The Group C being a plastic bathtub chassis is far more forgiving and can be ran on a regular carpark. I even ran my Group C Mazda with an Old Novak SS5800Kv brushless system with no issues.

Just be mindful that both need a nice open space as brakes are non existent being RWD both have rear wheel only brakes. If you run an ESC with drag brake function, that can be very handy and makes running these far more enjoyable and you don't have to brake, just let off the throttle.
