Can't create new topic in Anything not RC related goes here thread

Not sure if I can create a topic anywhere anymore. If this works, I wanted to let you know that I can't post a new topic in the Anything not RC related goes here subforum. I get sent to the "I'm not a robot" page, which I successfully pass, and then it just kicks me right back to the Create New Topic page, with my suggested topic title deleted (my other content is still in the editor below).

EDIT: looks like posting in this subforum works fine Are there different levels of permissions for different parts of the forum?

EDIT2: It's my pictures hosted on Google. Are we not allowed to link to Google images on this board?
