Picture uploads in forums

I know this might be a daft question, but how do you upload a picture in the forums?

For example if you're in the parts section and you want to show a part?

you need to have the picture on a hosted site, and then link it from there.[]

What you need, is some webspace. Usually, the company that lets you access the net give you some, contact them for more details.

Some other people here use www.montypics.com - what you do there, is upload a picture from your computer, and link to it.

For instance, the picture of the shark below is at http://www.andy.pentangle.co.uk/

And the filename is 'shark.gif'

So the link for the whole picture is http://www.andy.pentangle.co.uk/shark.gif

If you use montypics, the address will be www.montypics.com/whatever you're picture is called.

Then, all you do is click on the button above where you type your posts and insert the address of the picture in between the img prompts, like this;

Then it should show up!

Right click on the pictures of the beetle, then chose properties, and you'll see the 'picture address' thing I was on about.
