I was fortunate enough to have a tour of where they built the F1. The P1 is a stunner too.

I would say C1-C5 are best, after that they went downhill. I've got an old-fashioned taste! From past Tamiya releases, only the TT-01E Mustang SVT Cobra comes to mind.

Room335 738 Posted April 25, 2023 There's a TT-02 version that comes with a 911 GT3: Also an older TT-01: HPI once made a Pagani Zonda body, might get lucky and find one on ebay: There's also a Tamiya F430 body that could get you "close" to that Ferrari you posted. I have had the GT3 Cup in the past (now sold) but I didn't know they had made the blue 992! And it seems available too.
OoALEJOoO 3096 Posted May 1, 2023 Tamiya recently announced on their June 2023 releases the Alfa Romeo 155 V6 TI with a Martini livery, TT-02 chassis. 1/10 R/C Alfa Romeo 155 V6 TI Martini (TT-02) (tamiya.com) I'll keep holding until we get a re-re of the factory team livery. Tamiya, please NOT on a TA02 chassis!

Worst case, I would prefer to have it on a TT-02 than a TA-02 since I can't see any aspect a TA-02 being better than a TT-02 (other than nostalgia). Better option: Release it on TA-02, but also as a separate body kit Sadly, the recent posts on the forum about old chassis getting cracked is perhaps another reason to stay away. I understand a re-re would mean freshly manufactured plastic, but it would likely still be ABS or PC. I am also yet to see re-re part availability to match regular current releases both in price and stock levels.

Maybe it's different on their home market (Japan) but here (Europe) stock on Tamiya parts for re-released chassis (e.g. TA-03RS) is indeed very low in quantity and very high in price point. As if they want us to get into shelf queens but not into runners...
