I have a problem with my VQS, it makes a high pitch whine, the front wheels move but the rear do not, then it gets worse and wont run at all, I have rebuilt the rear gearbox twice now(using the existing parts) and have new gearbox parts on the way,  I run a 23t BZ motor in it. i think the centre diff is the issue but not sure on how to fix it/if it will happen again, or if there is a hop up option to the gearboxs.

any help would be appreciated

center diff is too loose I think, you need to tighten it. Tighten until it stops, don’t over torque it after that.
