Chris, I've sent you a screen shot via email, the URL I was using was the one given at the beginning of this thread. (I've cleared my cache etc, so it isn't a caching problem)

You were access the old registration page, which got removed when I swapped DB code sorry. I've updated the thread to reflect the new page now.

There should also be a link on every page now for those that are logged in but not subscribed to make it a bit easier.
