I think # 2 seems right.

Do i need additional Soildermetalwire or is thestuff on the Cable just fine? Would Krimping just work too?

Those connectors are designed to be crimped in place. Once crimped on, you can reinforce the crimped bit with a touch of solder if you want to.

I too use a crimper tool and do not solder crimps, but one can as per the second photo.

If looking for a crimper tool, check out MOLEX type crimper and you should find a few that works.  I suggest getting the thinnest tool you can find for RC work.

I had would have used simple Pliers...

shure works, somehow. try to gently press from all directions. Or use a cutter plies and press it on different postions while turning connector for 90° (somehow)... but once you press to much you cut the connector.

You will ever have a source of electronic failur. Chrimp tools press all around the connector in one moment, whichyou cant do with usual tool.

Id rather soldier it and bend the metal ears a bit aroun, like showen on your second picture. Using shrinking tube if necessary.

Agree with @TurnipJF

The easiest way to solder in place is to first solder each wire ends

Add a tiny amount of flux to each open connector base then drop the wires on top

If you reheat the wire end once it’s in place the solder will take beneath - and ensure a clean / good contact with the main connector area

You can then crimp the clips over it and - if you like - add heat shrink tubing over the top for added strength / security 👍

I use crimpers for 100% of my work on 1:1 cars and I've never had them pull out..  same with Tamiya's bullet (banana) motor plugs, battery terminals, receiver connectors, etc for RC cars.   Soldering is great and I recommend it for motors, battery tabs, high pull-force environments, etc, but it's really over kill if you use the right wire gauge and crimper for a battery terminal..  Heck my heavy duty steel rope I make use crimps.

This is how I do them
