easy way now to make a manta ray is buy a ta02 calibra and buy the manta arms,body, shock tower towers and bumper. unless it needs to be a bnib manta ray then goodluck.

Unreal when you think about it as to why they didn't make more or even continue producing based on demand on the rere run.

All nostalgic for me - first car was a manta ray in 93 ish perhaps.
Will look at pulling parts together perhaps as above.

There's a 2018 rere Manta Ray on Ebay. Shipping from Japan £410 all in give or take, obviously you might get stung on customs

Crikey!!!! Some of the sellers like Modelsport were knocking these out at £89 a pop about two years ago and they seemed to hang around for ages. Were probably the go to enabling kit at the start of the pandemic and they all got bought up.

I have one but not brand new.  Just picked it up and assembled the missing pieces.  Busy is partially cut but not painted. Wheels and tires are brand new.  Body was used and looks to be from another Manta Ray car. Missing instructions but have original box.  Picked up alum motor collar, new bearings, missing rear dog bone and drive cup.  Have not opened the gear Box yet.  PM if interested
