JPS Paintjob

I need a John Player Special paintjob doing on a used 1/8 ABS Lotus 79 bodyshell (& wing). It would be way beyond my capabilities even if a decal set was available, I can barely creosote a shed. So I’m looking for someone (or a firm) to do it for me. 

Details for anyone interested: I’m not bothered how it is achieved ie paint decals waterside letraset lining tape etc and it would be for display only so durability/fuel proofing isn’t an issue. I could strip, fill & prime the body if required & the ‘gold’ bits don’t need to be gold they can be beige (as I think the actual cars were) and the driver non specific. The bodyshell is rare so quite valuable but a good thickness & not delicate. 
 

Anyone possessing mystical paint skills on here fancy earning some coin?

MCI do a set for 79 JPS lotus and Nat will rescale. He details the increase in cost depending on scale

Cheers yeah if I don’t get a result MCI & a can of paint may well become plan b. Last sheet I got off him (Grasshopper) were dire tho, ones before that fine. Hit & miss.

I got a sheet of 1/10 JPS decals from MCI, they are not perfect but more than good enough for the job. I do run the car -although not often- and the decals held on alright so far, without fading or wearing off.

So at worse, it'll be a good plan B.

Cheers yes if I did get duff ones he would  change them it’s just hassle because he’s Canada & I’m UK is all.
