JeffSpicoli 1363 Posted May 5, 2022 Well i got everything plugged in the motor spun like crazy as did the rear wheels and I pulled the trigger back and it stopped. Let go it spun. The manual for the speed control is pretty much useless. I'm seeing nothing on resetting it to factory default. Thinking "Let's start from square 1." Of course the Sanwa manual is a bible. Now people probably wonder why I want to use old radio gear. None of this part is enjoyable. Now I have a steady green light on the ESC, no throttle, have steering. Before someone comes in and says "RTFM" - I did. I googled. I youtubed. Any ideas?
Frog Jumper 3605 Posted May 6, 2022 The TBLE is finicky. It always takes me a few tries to get it set correctly. I have an extra Quikrun 1060 if you want it… Terry
whahooo 465 Posted May 6, 2022 As Henry Phillips always says: "TBLEs are never easy and they`re never fun" you maybe should better use a MSC instead.
alvinlwh 5846 Posted May 6, 2022 As @Frog Jumper said, use a 1060. For me, I have a an additional problem of being color blind in the red green range, so all the colors of the led on a TBLE looks the same to me!
JeffSpicoli 1363 Posted May 6, 2022 I guess I could look around on the market and see what's out there, but ya know Tamiya car, Tamiya stuff inside, kinda like to keep it Tamiya stuff but maybe I should look around. It's just giving me steady green an nothing now.
