joeling 1334 Posted April 22 The LWB mid custom special is allowed to race providing the shocks are original re re ones. So made the switch & brought the kit to Perth for my first ever vintage 10th scale race. Very exciting. The car handles like a dream. Can jump but my driving skill is lacking 4

joeling 1334 Posted June 13 1) Steering servo on the left because I want to place the battery longitudinally on the right. So, servo, esc, receiver all on the left. 2) 400cst shock oil on all shocks for the Westcoast track. 3) Black medium springs works well

joeling 1334 Posted June 28 Well, body #7 car has gone to Australia but I am stuck in Malaysia for work. Decided to re purpose body #2 green car to become a runner by painting body #8 with the same paint scheme as body #7. Took apart the front & rear gear boxes and swapped out the gear diffs for ball diffs. A bit of work to get to the diffs. Current configuration is illegal for sanctioned racing but it's ok. I will run it on my track. 8.5T BL motor with non original shocks.
