Tamtech Gear GB-01 Oil Dampers

Knowing that these are currently almost impossible to find outside of Japan, has anyone found any good alternatives for these oil filled shocks?

The ones that come with the kit are friction dampers of course, and they're too bouncy.

It'd be great to start a thread about any alternative parts that anyone's using to keep these TamTech Gears running.

Dampers that fit are the red Latraxx dampers. These are easy to find. Quality is not on par with Tamiya but these dampers work and look cool.

Nice to know that Latrax friction dampers are a good fit. Already been looking for these 3Racing shocks, but cannot find them in stock anywhere.

You could try dampers for the Losi MIni-T or Mini-B.

Latrax dampers are oil filled.
