What a superb group this is. I now feel so guilty about posting a query as to whether the subs are worth it. The help I've had on here is unsurpassable. I get emails from people offering me stuff they have tracked down, often free for that elusive nut or bolt. I've bought from the shop, enjoy the pics, showrooms, movies, the lot. Not really come across such a helpful website.

Well done to whoever!

I think that mention should go out to NetsmithUK and the moderators (we know who you are [:D]), for setting up and maintaining this wonderfull site! But I also feel we can applaud for ourselves as a community, it's the people that make the club. [8D]

I see in other forums the atmosphere is not even half as good as here on Tamiyaclub. I can't think of any forum that equals this. Well done everyone. [:D]

The community spirit on Tamiyaclub far exceeds anything I've seen on other forums, and NetsmithUK and all the others who contribute to the community deserve a big pat on the back [^] It's good to have all that combined knowledge and enthusiasm on tap, far better than the snooty looks you get from the touring car racers and many model shops when you mention the "T" word [:)]

I too wondered about the subs, but when I weighed up the pros and cons (there were hardly any cons), I decided that less than 2 quid a month was a bargain for what you get in return. Just the online user manuals are worth that, many a time they have saved me time and hassle with cars I've got, and also are ideal for looking at cars I want to see what they will be like to build.
