Monster Beetle 2015 rear lights

Hi all - please excuse if this has been covered or is obvious but I haven’t got my kit yet. Have ordered a new MB black and want to fit leds when I do the build - does the kit include clear rear light lens or are they white that require painting?

if not clear - where can I get a pair of clear lens from?

The rear lights are indeed moulded in white plastic.

But there are clear (well slightly smoked in the MB’s case) lenses on the window part tree in the kit. It’s possible to cut moulded lens off and attach the clear ones. This does however mean you loose the hole where the screw goes in holding it on.

I’ve done on a Scorcher before but just for the clear lenses, no LED’s fitted.

It will make more sense when you see it. Good luck 👍🏻
