AshRC 213 Posted February 1, 2023 I finally got round to finishing the rear Jerry can for my Wild Willy M38 - using plasticard to make it look solid. It's primed and ready to paint, but I'm not sure what colour to use. The boxart is yellow but the manual say "use body colour". I'm thinking of using XF-3 (flat yellow) and XF-10 (flat brown) for the leather strap, but thought I'd ask first. Interestingly, Tamiya changed the colour to green on the Wild Willy 2. AshRC 213 Posted February 1, 2023 Subject updated I’ll go with XF-3 then. Interesting choice of colour though, I can’t imagine any military using something so bright on a drab olive vehicle …

Mine is actually using a different olive drab vs the vehicle olive drab for contrast.
