How to get an avatar picture?

I have tried to mail my avatar picture as per the pinned 1st topic here, but it seems i cant PM the admin in that topic?

How can i then get my avatar up?

I'm pretty sure they are all vetted and then uploaded by Netsmith when he gets around to it (it seems like he will do it, it just takes a bit of time) as he probably has an inbox full of requests.

Just have to make the most of being Mr Purple for the time being.
