Thoughts on custom EBay chassis kits?

I've been looking at the ebay carbon and aluminium chassis kits over the last few weeks. Wondering if anyone has bought one and what's your thoughts? As I was thinking of buying the ta02 kit for a ff01 build.

Are you referring to something like the Xtra Speed brand CF deck sets?  If so, I've had good experience with Xtra Speed and YeahRacing ones.. unless going for major brands like from Kyosho and Tamiya.

 

I've also tried small mom and pop shop CF.. qualify varies by a wide margin.
