@alvinlwh I think I may have found a very low tech solution. I made a tiny o ring using the silicon of a 14 SWG wire. It's about 2 mm tall. I placed this in the drive cup recess in the diff unit. This then forces the drive cup to be around 2 mm proud of where it would be stock - which then allows for higher ride height and full suspension travel.  Just tested, no popping out with full forward then reverse then forwards again.
