Does a Hornet shell fit on a Grasshopper 2 chassis?

As per subject. I have my Grasshopper 2 chassis buggy, but never had a Hornet. Thought I might get a body for Ultra G.

As all the Dragon bodies with 3 post mounting were designed for the Hornet and GH2 has three posts, will it fit? Is it gappy at the front? Do the mounts line up? Any firm data would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, but...

- the rear body mounts on the GH2 chassis need to be extended by about 5mm to reach the holes, as the body sits on the tops of the shocks before the holes engage

- the front body mount needs to be reversed or a straight post used (not sure which, I didn't go any further than setting the Hornet body on the GH2 chassis)

- the front of the nose isn't quite exactly the same shape, but is close enough in my opinion

Thanks. Sounds like with a bit of trimming if it was a dedicated shell it might go. Might be worth a punt.
