Dan1891 182 Posted March 19, 2023 What sizes do the Tamiya screwdriver small and large correspond to in Philips size? Is the small PH1 and the large PH2? I know the Tamiya are JIS standard, but i think you can grind down the tip of a Philips to fit?
skom25 1245 Posted March 19, 2023 Yes, it is around PH1 and PH2. Definitely not PH0 and PH3. I read a lot about troubles with Tamiya screws, so before first build I just bought both Tamiya screwdrivers. They are cheap and fits perfectly. I really do not see reason to modify PH.

So tamiya small is PHO and tamiya large is PH1 when i measure my Philips. They where spot on to your values!

Ergonomics means a lot to me and just love my Wera/Wiha driver sets.
