I know this has probably been addressed here but I’m still getting familiar with site. I just rebuilt BF transmission with an MIP diff and aluminum adjustable motor mount. I’m using the stock pinion  but it won’t keep mesh?? Everything is tight.  Any help would be really appreciated.   Thanks!!!

Hi! How do you mean "won't keep the mesh"? Is the motor motor slipping out of adjustment or can it even adjust far enough to make the stock 10 tooth pinion reach the counter gear? Is adjustable motor mount you are using the proper thickness to space the extra long stock pinion properly?

Honestly, if using the stock, long brass 10 tooth pinion, I would just use the stock plastic motor adapter (part no. K2 in the original and re-re manual) to yield a perfect mesh. The re-re manual also specifies a 22mm depth from the end of the pinion to the flat mounting surface of the front of the motor can as to where to position it on the motor shaft. If it sticks out too far, the pinion will catch the far side of the gearbox and the C12 plastic part that the motor mount screws pass through. Hope some of this helps.
