What was supose to be a easy job using Reamer job before dinner ended up with 2hour frustration and stil no solution or dinner :)

As i look at manual now with a Loop i used the Reamer the correct place the first time for the Review Mirrors/Side Door Mirrors, and made a 4mm hole. Testet Mirror and that was a No fit as they do not fit to the lexan body but its a huge gap, as i could not even attach them with the rubber 0-ring i used the Reamer up to 8-9 mm (Mirror stil cover it so it does not matter, but same problem, they do not fit??.

There is stil no way i can attach them and they stil will not even with Lexan body. As i look on picture of this model the Mirrors does not look the same, is it possible that i did not get the correct one for this body?;

This will not look good no matter what i do, they just dont fit, any suggestion here Guys?

Ok, there is a gap there, i should have asked before starting to use Reamer more. As you now state its also is difficult to attach them im sure it will look like yours when i get snap pin all the way through, so far i only got half way and thought «this is not supose to be that difficult».

hope i dont scratch paint with those snap pins when paint job is done.

Thanks!

You are fitting the O-ring on the inside of the bodyshell right?

The mirror bases should sit flush to the lexan, like @alvinlwh I have built one of these in the past and didn't have that issue - you definitely have the right mirrors for that bodyshell.
