Willy's Wheeler: tyre availability

Hi all

 

I just managed to get an original wheeler having had one as a kid. The tyres are cracked as you'd expect but I wondered if anyone does copies of them or if the honda city turbo ones fit, and if so are they available anywhere???

The Honda City Turbo tires fit.  They are the same shape.
