How can my subscription have expired in 2003? I had not even subscribed at that point!

I assume my it is supposed to mean that my subscription expired yesterday, 10/1/2004!

But I will not renew my subscription unless this error is corrected, otherwise - how will I know that it is registered correctly as expiring in 2005?!

Any response greeted with a smile [:)]

The date was showing the date you joined, as opposed to the date it expired. It should be corrected now. Anyone that joined in August and September last year had their dates changed to 1st of October as the service was a little 'irregular' during the first few weeks.

When you renew you privilidges should come back instantly. If they don't please hit the logout button and close your browser down and then log in again.

I need feedback like this, as this is the first time the 'renewal' code has ever been tested.

Has it really been over a year since 'Black August'?[;)] How many people can remeber having to talk to their wifes/girlfriends and kids again for that 4 week period?

I remember during 'Black August' that the ebay prices of RCs plumetted. Cars were sometimes going for half the normal price.

Perhaps you realize the level of your insanity better when there aren't any others to share it with you? [:)]

Why are these thing difficult for me[:I][?]

I had all sorts of problems with Paypal, they requested me to set up a direct debit, which i something i did not want to do[:(!], they would not allow me to pay with my credit card, only by direct debit my credit card is now for "backup" in case my bank account refuses to pay?

I must say I am a very infrequent user of Paypal, and things have changed since I last used it......

I have now received a couple of emails to say the money has been sent one appears to be from Tamiyaclub acknowledging payment, so as suggested I logged out and back in again and I am still being advised that I am not a member and need to pay my subs....

Any advice[?][?]

Did you pay via the online system (detailed in the link in the email) or just make a direct payment to the club.

Direct payments are seen as donations - ie people just send us a few $ here and there as a thank you. These donations do not make you a subscriber.

email me the transaction ID and I will look into it.

Just tried to subscribe, and it wouldn't let me pay with my cash balance.... wassup with that? Could be that I don't have a UK pound account, only US$, but I don't know... I've probably just missed something...

Anybody?
