No answer @ Fusion Hobbies?

Tried to contact Joanne at FH since last Friday, emailed and left VM's but received no response back.  Hope everything is okay with them?

I had the same for a recent order, Joanne got back to me after a few days and apologised for the delay as they are going through some personnel issues.

I am sure she will be in touch soon.

Hmm, still nothing from them.  I have used: info@fusionhobbies.com / online contact form / phone number published on their website & left VM's.   

Tried this morning and phone just rings out.

I have spoken to Joanne this afternoon, she kindly confirmed she is open for business but is dealing with some challenges at the moment, so guys and girls please bear this in mind.

I’m also having trouble with fusion hobbies 

I’ve messaged Joanne and she has read it but hasn’t responded

shame really as normally I get good service from them 

looks like redeeming fusion points is a problem too.

Spoke to her on Monday + had an e mail + order from her today. She had been away for a week and the closed the checkout but that was last week?
