Hi,

I asked about this but to be honest... I do not remember answers and cannot find them <_<

FRP parts ( chassis + arms + diff covers + posts) for TT-02B are surprisingly cheap. Is it worth to upgrade standard parts to FRP?

I run on hard surface, no off road. Mainly shorts tracks with sharp corners. No jumps etc. Is there any benefit or in my case it will be just "bling" factor?

One thing that I like in FRP parts is fact, that I can use machine hex screws. Standard parts feel very soft and not suitable for anything else, than self tapping screws.

In that case, I am no sure if I should change them. I run my own version of "postage racing" tracks but just for fun, even without lap times.

My "I have to do something" part says that I should change for FRP. On the other hand, probably I will do not see any difference, except that in my wallet :D

I have found the “reinforced” hard plastics to be much more durable, regardless of brand, with the exception of old Losi carbon parts, which were made of glass.
