Sand Scorcher Dampers/shock replacement

Does anyone know any replacement sand scorcher front and rear shock/damper replacements that have roughly the same look as the originals?

RC Channel - these come with springs as well and you remove the torsion bar that sits under the radio box 👍

Thanks for that.  Seems though that I just need some damper tops/bottoms and springs to still use the existing dampers, wonder if there's a way of doing this.

Are you trying to improve the damping or stop the stock ones from leaking?

Are you working on a vintage model or ReRe?

Runner or shelf queen?

I've got a vintage ss that I intend to run so thought the stock dampers should be upgraded but wanted to keep the original 'look' of the dampers as much as possible.

The RC Channel ones do look good but just thought I might be able to get some parts and put a spring on the stock dampers myself.

JK RC do a much cheaper set of 4 shocks for about £22 with springs.

They do not look vintage, but I bought a set to fit to my Sand Scorcher vintage runner.

As the original shocks royaly pee me off as they leak so badly. 
 

The ReRe shocks with green slime and TRF O rings are supposed to be leak free.

There’s was either a YT clip or a TC thread with this tip on.

I bought the parts and then changed my mind and sold them on. 
 

I like my RC Channels shocks a lot, but I’m hoping the JK RC set I have are a good lower cost alternative.
