What motor are peeps putting in their BBX?

Hi fellow RC peeps

Ive treated myself to a BBX & didnt realise it didnt cone with a motor, I really should read up more. 😂

Anyway i was wondering what motor peeps are putting in, I have a few motors in my spare box from silver cans, Sport tuned, torque tuned & up to Brushless 3900 but I just dont know which motor to put in the BBX.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated as ive just finished building the kit minus a motor.

I threw a Hobbywing XR10 Pro G2S w/ the V10 17.5 turn motor in mine. I haven't really had the opportunity to play with the ESC settings other than to allow reverse.

I have the Hobbywing XR10 G3 ESC and Justock G2.1 13.5T Motor in mine. I’ve played with the ESC settings using the programme card but can’t get it to give me forward-brake-reverse, only forward-reverse. I’m obviously missing something  but it’s a bit disappointing. It’s fast enough though.
