All plastics I had on RC where okay with it. You will not drawn parts for month. A quick rinse and it is fine.

Not familiar with Beatties???? I'm guessing you weren't in the U.K. or weren't interested in Tamiya in 1980ish?. 

You must have seen the vintage Tamiya Beatties holdalls?. 

You should put one on the shopping list along side diesel, kerosene, elbow grease, lawnmower, baking soda, gravity and magic.

Ha! Our high street would’ve been far more useful in any previous decade before now. I miss the hardware/tool shops, Woolworths, hobby shop etc.

The only progression right now is we currently have a Tamiya stockist for the first time in about 20 years. Most of the rest is just touristy or gift shops and cafes
