Re-assembling the front half of the truck and I just noticed this, LEDs have been fitted! How do I wire them to the receiver to turn them on?

Oh those aren't LEDs. They just need a 7.2v power supply, but will probably work off of the 6v your receiver can supply if you have a spare channel.

These are a cool vintage addition, but you'll get much better performance with modern LEDs. These were dirt cheap back in the day, I think they sold for £4.99. In the grand scheme of all things Tamiya, they were very cheap!

Be warned that they do warm up, too. Not enough to be a problem, but remember that back when these were a 'thing' you had batteries which would barely last 15 minutes at a push. A modern LiPo might be over-powered (8.4v) and could burn them out quickly. Not worth the worry, in my opinion! Go with a cheap LED light kit. You can achieve the same warm white with Tamiya 54600 - Halogen White LED Light 5mm.

I wonder if you don't have the OP-370 installed (https://www.modellbau-seidel.de/index.php?firma=Tamiya&best=53370). If it is, you should have green leds also in the roll bar in the bed of the truck :)

I have this option on mine, I like it a lot as the front bulbs dim a little bit at full throttle (seems to be like this also on a real Ford ;) )
