RC10 Crystal to be displayed at SEMA Las Vegas

I already have my RC10 Original unused, hahah bragging I am....  after all these years, finally.

It's not fully assembled, wire for the wing is not even bent yet and the og motor still in wrapper.

Plan will be to complete it in box art and straight to display. Currently looking for an unpainted original body

Unpainted original body is long gone. Penguin RC is your best bet for a repro. Hopefully with the CC they will release some spare bodies.

Fond memories of the og AE motor built by Yokomo if my memory is correct.

Trying to find a body set for the re release rc10 if they made any. The one you mentioned are nice too. I ordered the penguin and boki bodies, they look accurate. I'll have the original body to compare with which is a thick lexan. 

I'd be happy if they are close to original and can accept if there are tiny differences. 

I'm hoping to find the CC remake body....that would be cool.

I almost got a CC just for the body.

The re-release is gone too. I waited for months for AE to restock it and they informed me it was discontinued. Our best bet is for them to release for the new CC

My LHS tells me that the first 3 batches were sold through fairly quickly.  Maybe they aren’t exporting right away?

When the 60th anniversary optima, Yokomo dog fighter and RC10 were announced for their release dates to be before Xmas I thought back then I’ve got more chance of walking to the moon and back before Xmas than this lot been available before the festive season!!,  Of the many decades of having rc cars in my life the one thing I’m 100% sure of is how a complete and utter waste of time the release dates that these companies give out are!!  And I’m that confident of that I haven’t started walking yet!

I've been keeping watch. I got two of them.  One for my current rc10 and one for a future rc 10 I want to fix up and drive.

 I can't wait to make this new body total box art for my never run, shelf queen RC10. 

It's pretty cool they remade that body. It might not be a perfect copy of the originals, (maybe it is) but compared to my original body and this I can't tell a difference, however the original body seems heavier to me, but that's ok. The new one may be a bit thinner.

Decided to get two because I know **** well scalpers will get 10 of them to sell on ebay for 5 times as much.

I'll get a new for sure however I have my RC10 now and a "fixer upper" on the way that I plan to fix up nice and drive it.  Always wanted to drive an rc10.... My other rc 10 is not an option...that is for the shelf.
