And if this particular one is from 1987 ... then it's soon middle-aged. Have they really been in continous production since then?

I remember that I was looking at the Lunch Box at the LHS (when that was the only option) and the Monster Beetle, but thought that the Box was a bit too crazy and opted for the Beetle.

Looks OG to me - sponsor decals are correct. Wish I still had mine!
 

LB has not been in continuous production since ‘87 (you don’t want to know how much LB parts cost on eBay in 1998)

Yep, ArminRC (not my video) makes some really nice stuff. And I hope I'll (or rather the whole family) will get to go to Passau eventually.

How did you hide all the humans?  I saw only one human in the entire video! 
This is the place with the clock tower at the end?  My goodness, Passau is a beautiful city.  Was your Lunchbox hired by the tourism bureau of the city?

@Juggular - I think Armin (the man who did this video - not me!) mentions this in one of the comments: that he did the work early in the morning when nobody had gotten out of bed yet.

I have never been to Passau (yet) but yes, I think the clocktower is the Old Townhall (Altes Rathaus).
