Should i buy?

Hey, i have a Tamiya M-06 car, and i want a new and more powerful motor, i am thinking of the Tamiya RS540 Sport-Tuned Motor brushless, but i dont know if there is any other that i should consider.

Please let me know if you have any ideas about what engine i should buy.

Sport Tuned is not brushless.

So I assume that it is Silver Can. Sport Tuned will be nice upgrade, but nothing crazy.

i have a Tamiya teu-105bk

Looking at Specs, you cannot use anything more powerful than Torque Tuned. Hard to say if Sport Tuned will work. Some people say that it is 25T, other that 23T.

The TEU-105BK manual specifically states that a Sport-Tuned is compatible.

I would buy one of those, it's the fastest motor you can use on that ESC

I run a Sport Tuned on that ESC in my Grasshornet. It works fine, so go for it.

I've run them in other cars and they are faster, yes, but not night and day quicker.

They seem to get hot easily, so it's worth dropping down a tooth on your pinion gear at the same time if the car allows it.
